Sarah Strauch, Accessibility Technical Director of the Rocky Mountain Region at theACCESSpartnership, lp, brings over 17+ years of specialized expertise to help clients navigate complex accessibility regulations. Utilizing her comprehensive surveying skills and deep knowledge of the ADA, FHA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and state and local codes, she partners with owners, developers, and government entities to deliver a full suite of accessibility services, specializing in design and constructability reviews, Title II Transition Plans, work-in-place verification, and project management.

Sarah directs regional accessibility efforts, serving as an expert technical resource and providing AIA-accredited training to design and construction professionals. Over her distinguished career, she has conducted accessibility reviews across 18 states for a diverse range of facilities, including municipal offices, hospitality venues, commercial centers, and residential housing.

Sarah is an ICC Certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner and holds the APA-BE credential. She is an active member of the Accessibility Professions Association (APA) and a founding member and past president of the Rocky Mountain APA Chapter.
