Ms. Panton is a licensed Architect in Florida with more than 22 years of experience in ADA Assessments, Forensic Investigation, and Architectural Design.
Dianne began her professional career in forensic architecture and gained much of her architectural and construction knowledge by working directly with expert architects, contractors, and engineers. Additionally, Dianne is a designer with experience across all phases of a project. Her design experience includes hospitality, themed entertainment, healthcare, and commercial projects. Over the past several years, Dianne’s work has primarily focused on ADA compliance, including ADA design, performing peer reviews of both drawings and construction for ADA compliance, ADA accessibility evaluations for personal injury cases, and ADA accessibility audits and surveys of existing facilities. Her responsibilities have also included architectural design, property condition assessments, destructive testing and investigation, design remediation, and forensic research and analysis.
