Keynote Speaker

We are honored to welcome Gordon Hartman as the 2027 Keynote Speaker. Gordon Hartman is a San Antonio-based philanthropist, former homebuilder, and the visionary founder of Morgan’s Wonderland—the world’s first Ultra-Accessible™, fully inclusive theme park.

He now serves as Founder and Board Chair of Morgan’s, the nonprofit behind a growing portfolio of ventures that redefine accessibility and inclusion. Through his leadership, Gordon has inspired a global movement to create spaces where people of all abilities can thrive together.

Optional Off-Site Tour Opportunities

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to register for an optional tour of either Morgan’s Wonderland or Morgan's Hotel. Space is limited and advance registration is required ($30 fee). Bus transportation is included. While Morgan’s is generously providing tour admission at no cost, the $30 registration fee covers attendee bus transportation and event administration.

• Conference registration is open to everyone; APA members receive a $325 discount. Membership status is verified at the conference. Lapsed members must renew or pay the $325 non-member price difference to participate.

We are committed to making the conference accessible. If you have a disability requiring specific accommodations, please submit your request by December 28, 2026. This advance notice allows us sufficient time to secure the necessary services.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration

Applications for exhibitors and sponsors are now open. Information on exhibitor and sponsor levels can be found here. Click on the "Exhibitor Registration" button in the top right corner of this page to apply. All sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Jim Boyce Memorial Scholarship (JBMS) Fundraiser

Support the future of accessibility! APA is holding a fundraiser for the Jim Boyce Memorial Scholarship (JBMS) throughout the conference. Your support helps develop the next generation of accessibility leaders. You may purchase raffle tickets during registration.

Cancellation Policy

• On or before December 13, 2026: You will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $50.00 administrative fee and any credit card processing fees.
• On or after December 14, 2026: You will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $350.00 administrative fee and any credit card processing fees.
• Non-Refundable Purchases: The cost of field trip registration, any raffle tickets purchased, or Jim Boyce Memorial Scholarship donations made are considered final and will not be included in any refund calculation.
• All sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
