Key Registration Dates and Member Benefits

• Registration will open on November 1, 2025
• Early bird registration extended through December 26, 2025
• Online registration closes January 18, 2026
• Conference registration is open to everyone; APA members receive a $325 discount. Membership status is verified at the conference. Lapsed members must renew or pay the $325 non-member price difference to participate.

🎓 Jim Boyce Memorial Scholarship (JBMS) Fundraiser

Support the future of accessibility! APA is holding a fundraiser for the Jim Boyce Memorial Scholarship (JBMS) throughout the conference. Your support helps develop the next generation of accessibility leaders.

How to Contribute (During Registration)

You can contribute to the JBMS Fund in two ways when you register for the conference:

• Raffle: Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win exciting prizes.
• Donation: Make a direct donation of any amount.
  • As a special thank you, attendees who donate at least $20 during registration or at the conference will receive an exclusive first-edition APA enamel pin.
    • Note that pins must be picked up at the conference and cannot be mailed; raffle ticket purchases do not apply toward the enamel pin.

APA National Conference 2026 Cancellation Policy:

• On or before December 21, 2025: You will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $50.00 administrative fee and any applicable credit card processing fees.
• After December 21, 2025: You will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $350.00 administrative fee and any applicable credit card processing fees.
• Non-Refundable Purchases: The cost of any raffle tickets purchased or Jim Boyce Memorial Scholarship donations made are considered final and will not be included in any refund calculation. 
• All sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
